Production Time
The production time of our works depends on the complexity of the product. As a rule, the production period of the developed vestments, a liturgical set, a veil, an altar curtain takes from 1 to 2 months.
The production period for small works such as a bookmark in the Gospel, a set of crosses, a sub crest is contractual. If there is a need to develop a vestment according to the customer’s wishes from the sketch, then the production period can be from 3 months or more. It all depends on the complexity of the product.
Terms Of Delivery
Our workshop cooperates with such transport companies as:
1. SDEK within the Russian Federation and CIS countries. To send the product, we need the following information:
a. Addressee’s full name.
b. The address of the SDEK office (pickup) or the recipient’s address (delivery by courier).
c. Contact phone number.
Payment for delivery upon receipt.
2. By Russian Post or UPS transport company for shipment abroad. To send the product, we need the following information:
a. Addressee’s full name,
b. Address (number, street, suite),
c. City,
d. Province,
e. Country,
f. Contact phone number,
g. Zip code.
Sending an order by Russian post or UPS, the delivery is paid by the customer at the time of departure, not receipt of the order. Approximate delivery times by transport companies vary depending on the method and place of delivery. More detailed information should be specified when ordering.
Please note that orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We also warn our customers that if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, the shipment may be delayed for several days.
Please, when placing your order, do not forget to take into account the number of days it will take for delivery.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
